Chrobo Website;

  • Pre-app launch list form – When you enter your email address into the launch list form, you are providing your personal information. We use this information to contact you about the Chrobo web application launch and related information and in no other way. Providing this information is optional. If you choose not to enter your email address into the form, we’ll be unable to contact you. Your details are stored with the email marketing platform Mailchimp. Their privacy statement can be read here. You can unsubscribe from the list at any time by clicking the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of each email.
  • Contact us form/Send a Message – When you enter your name and email address into the contact form, you are providing your personal information. We use this information to respond to you about your enquiries and in no other way. Providing this information is optional.

 
Chrobo Web Application;

  • Registration form – When you complete the registration process, you are providing your personal information. We use this information to verify your account (Fans, Influencers & Studios/Customers) and so that you can receive updates via emails or push notifications. Providing this information is optional.
  • Contact forms (Suggestion, Feedback or General Enquiry) – When you enter your name and email address into any of the contact forms; you are providing your personal information. We use this information to respond to your message(s) and in no other way. Providing this information is optional.

COMMERCIAL INSIGHT AND ANALYSIS SERVICES

We use information that we collect to provide audience insights to customers. In order to maintain the integrity of our users, we implement data anonymisation. We do this by removing all personally identifiable information collected provided on our web-application and combine all remaining user data, to provide reports of data insights, behaviours and trends that are more broader and generalised measurements.

We also use the information that we collect to help customers with advertising & marketing purposes to assist with decision making processes and to measure the effectiveness of their ads and or sponsored content.

We collect information from you via the above methods. You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, and to ask for it to be corrected if you think it is wrong.
